I have known Yusuf and Zaynep for 6 years and they are very good friends and lovely people you can always rely on them to give an excellent service and their after service is unbeatable.
We purchsed a diamond ring last year. Had a small problem when we contacted Yusef we found that his after sales was excellent true to his word (thank you again Yusef)we wish you all the best for future
Yusuf is my cousin. He always has been more than a cousin for me, as if my younger brother. I always knew that I can trust him in many ways. He is a very good friend, very intelligent, open hearted, talkative, and creative. You will be caught on his positive energy. The quality and value of their jewellery has been tested by myself personally in Geneva and London,I can assure you we have never been disappointed and I am certain you will not be either.
Their after sales service is excellent.If you do have a problem it will be rectified,in my experience,without question as they pride themselves in customer care.Another good exampe of this is when you ask them to clean a ring, neclace or bracelet,as an existing customer, there is no charge.
Therefore, buy with confidence from a Turkish family with 1st class values who are pleased to serve as opposed to "just taking your money" !
